Fallo en la instalación de apache2?

Cuando quiero instalar apache con sudo apt-get install apache2 me aparece un error:

apt: error while loading shared libraries: libapt-private.so.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

wget http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/a/apt/libapt-pkg4.12_0.8.16~exp12ubuntu10.21_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i libapt-pkg4.12_0.8.16~exp12ubuntu10.21_amd64.deb
